Republic Gastropub in Oklahoma City

The quality of food was great! Portions were moderately sized but the flavors were all pretty exquisite and out of the norm. It was priced a bit more than I would have expected but still worth a visit.

Service was beyond excellent! I loved the blend of the flavors and textures in the Thai beef salad. The beef was a little chewy so it could've used a better knife or a little more tenderizing, not sure, but it sure tasted great. Really enjoyed all the dipping sauces that came with the donuts for dessert. Yum!

Nice place to grab a meal and have a beer. They have one of the largest collections on tap and if you want to watch a game there are plenty of Televisions to watch on. I had the pulled chicken melt, the sea salt shoestrings and the spicy roasted cauliflower and they were all really good.

Food good. They really haven't raised prices over time. So more reasonable as to FOOD. DRINKS on other hand are WAY overpriced!! $33 for two drinks? Really???? Before taxes also. Service was spotty. Glad they share tables because main waitress not too attentive. But others were especially busser or assistant. Big screen TVs. Nice place to watch games

Service was a bit slow during lunch but the food was delicious. Servers were polite. Atmosphere is fun. I had the Catfish Po' Boy with Mac & Cheese it was very yummy all around. Expect to spend around $10+ per person, my lunch was around $14. If you're shopping for an Audi or Infinity, the parkin' lot is full of them. Upscale style establishment.

Drinks and food are consistently good here. Always get the ahi tuna appetizer. The special Moscow mule is a perfect summer drink. They seem to be following CDC guidelines appropriately.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was delicious and a wide variety of beer.

Looks like a bar & grill, but atmosphere is actually pretty classy. Fits in well with other businesses on Classes Curve. Heard great things about the beer selection & although I'm not a beer drinker, the menu is quite impressive... From the beer wall to the line of taps to the menu that is larger than the one for food, I feel this is a definite bucket list location for anyone who enjoys a good beer. Tried the fish & chips, which was a unique take on the classic pub item, with fried capers in the tartar sauce & shoestring fries. Excellent flavor & portion, I feel it was appropriate for the $$ Thanks to Summer for being a great attentive server. All the staff we encountered were upbeat & helpful. Happy with our experience & looking forward to another visit to try out their sandwiches.

Honestly, and I might be a bit bias. The food here is absolutely spectacular. I dont usually give places a solid 5 stars as you can almost always find something to criticize but, again, honestly, this place is worth the trip. The food is wonderful, the staff is both knowledgeable and nice without seeming like a pushover, and its clean everytime I've come. 5 out of 5 would go again.

Not a huge menu of options, but the food here is better than expected. Both times we've been here we received great service and enjoyed our visit.

A great place for lunch or to head after work. My personal favorite is the cauliflower. Not often you hear that, but it is so delicious. The atmosphere is also great in that it is never too loud that you can’t have a decent discussion.

First time going. Ran out of 3 different drinks I ordered. Seriously?? Also got the wings, very average. Nachos very average. Pretzel was actually really good with the mustard not the cheese sauce.

Let's get the bad out of the way first. Conflicting vibe. Feels like it wants to be boojie, but then there are TVs everywhere. Bathrooms were disgusting. The service was attentive and welcoming. Beer cheese fondue for the pretzel was excellent. Wide selection of craft beer, and appropriately priced. We had a wide array sandwiches and entrees, all were good. The spicy chicken sandwich was very good. Then there is the Mac & Cheese w/ Bacon and Andouille, I'm coming back just for this side dish. If you are having dessert get the brownie, fudgy heaven with chunks of caramel. Coffee Cake was meh.
